The right-most document details every transition in the production, while the near-right document is an enlarged sample.
In the document, the left hand column details what scene (or between which scenes) the shift happens in, while the top of each section on the furthest right gives the specific cue line or action that the shift should start. The second column from the left has the initials of the person, the third with the action, and the fourth lists the object. This is so that you can read the cue, for example: “[Tanner] [Sets] [Audio Board]”. Doing this simplifies commands for the crew and cast, so that they can easily find their name, action, and object. The furthest right column also contains any notes about a specific item’s shift.
